No. OneStepRent brings guests and manages communication with those guests online. Access, check-in, cleaning, maintenance and every other on-property service remain the host’s responsibility.

Can I keep using my own listings?

Yes. Your listings, guests and calendar remain yours. We simply ask whether the requested dates work before sending you one of our guests.

How much does the host pay?

Nothing. OneStepRent charges hosts no listing setup fee, ongoing management fee or booking commission for the guests we bring. Major booking websites may apply their own terms and charges.
