01What does the 0% listing launch cover?

For eligible properties, OneStepRent can prepare and activate the commercial listing without a listing launch fee. Channel requirements, property readiness and market eligibility still apply.

02How is the ongoing fee calculated?

The ongoing fee depends on the property market, booking channels, portfolio size and operating support required. The exact scope and fee are set out before activation.

03Are cleaning and maintenance included?

No. OneStepRent operates the commercial listing, including positioning, pricing, distribution, calendar coordination, guest messaging and reporting. Cleaning, maintenance and other physical property services remain with the owner.

04Is income guaranteed?

No. Estimates use property details, market demand and comparable bookings, but no booking, occupancy, nightly-rate or revenue result is guaranteed.
