OneStepRent charges hosts no setup fee, ongoing management fee or booking commission for publishing the property and bringing guest requests.

02Is there an ongoing management fee?

No. Hosts pay OneStepRent 0%. Major booking websites may apply their own terms and charges, but we do not add a host management fee.

03Are cleaning and maintenance included?

No. OneStepRent publishes listings and handles communication with the guests we attract. Cleaning, maintenance, access and all other physical property services remain with the host.

04Are guest requests guaranteed?

No. Wider distribution can increase exposure, but no number of enquiries, bookings, occupied nights or income is guaranteed.
