Technology and providers

This website uses limited first-party browser storage to remember privacy and language choices. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Google Analytics 4 measures website use and completed enquiries after Analytics consent, while Google advertising signals are enabled only after Marketing consent. Local storage and session storage are browser storage rather than traditional cookies, but similar privacy rules can apply because information is stored on your device.

Storage categories

  • Strictly necessary: remembers privacy and language choices and supports essential site behaviour. This remains on.
  • Analytics: permits Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, page use, referral information and completed enquiry events. Form names, email addresses, property addresses and message contents are not sent as analytics event parameters.
  • Marketing: permits Google advertising measurement and personalisation signals where those features apply. It remains off when Global Privacy Control is detected.

Consent and regional rules

Where consent is required, optional storage remains off until you make a clear choice. Rejecting optional categories is as accessible as accepting them, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Necessary storage is used only for the purpose described above. In applicable U.S. jurisdictions, we also process a recognised Global Privacy Control signal as a browser-level opt-out.

Change or withdraw your choice

Select the floating Privacy button on any page to reopen the control centre. You can reject optional categories or save new settings. You may also clear this site's local storage in your browser; if you do, the choice banner will appear again.

If we add another technology

Before adding another analytics, advertising, embedded media, chat, testing or similar technology, we will assess its purpose and legal basis, update this notice with provider and duration details, and configure any consent or opt-out controls required for the regions where it operates.

Google Analytics and advertising controls

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied by default. The Google tag loads only after you enable Analytics or Marketing, and each signal follows the category you selected.

Google may process device, browser, approximate location, referrer, page and interaction information. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You may withdraw consent at any time through the floating Privacy button.
